1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the services provided by InfinityBlockchain LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”) through the website infinityblockchain.io (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or create an account.

2. Definitions

• Platform — The website at infinityblockchain.io and all associated services.
• User / You — Any individual or entity that creates an account or uses the Platform.
• Affiliate — A registered user participating in the referral and commission program.
• Commission — Monetary credit earned through valid referral activity.
• Referral — A new user who registers using an existing user’s unique referral code or link.
• Order — A purchase of digital products or services through the Platform.
• Digital Products/Services — Any digital goods, services, subscriptions, or content offered through the Platform.
• Wallet — The internal account balance tracking earnings, commissions, and payouts.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, email address, and physical address. Address validation is performed during registration.
• Both Private (B2C) and Business (B2B) accounts are supported. B2B accounts require additional information including company name, VAT ID, and company registration number.
• Only one account per person or legal entity is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is grounds for termination.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Your account is activated after email verification. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Services Description

The Platform provides the following services:

• Affiliate Marketing Platform — A multi-level referral system (up to 5 levels) enabling users to earn commissions by referring new customers.
• Commission-Based Earnings — Users earn commissions from qualifying referral activity, tracked and managed through the Platform dashboard.
• Digital Products & Services — A marketplace for purchasing digital products and services.
• User Dashboard — Tools for tracking referrals, commissions, orders, wallet balance, and payout history.

5. Referral Program & Commissions

• Each user receives a unique referral code upon registration that can be shared to invite new users.
• The referral system supports multi-level commissions up to 5 levels deep. Commission rates vary by level and product.
• Pro Affiliate status may be granted to qualifying users, providing enhanced commission rates. This status can be granted or revoked at the Company’s discretion.
• Commissions are credited to your internal wallet as pending balance, then moved to available balance after the applicable confirmation period.
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply. The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates, structures, and payout thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Commission earnings are not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on referral activity and qualifying purchases.

• Payout Methods: Bank Transfer (IBAN/BIC) or Cryptocurrency Wallet (with specified network and currency).
• You must provide valid and accurate payout details in your profile. Payouts sent to incorrect details due to user error are not the Company’s responsibility.
• KYC Verification may be required before payouts are processed, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts if fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, undelivered services, or technical errors.

EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, subject to exceptions for digital content where delivery has begun with prior consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create fake referrals, self-referrals, or artificially inflate commission earnings
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate the referral system
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent rules or exploit promotions
• Engage in fraud, phishing, spamming, or any deceptive practices
• Use stolen payment methods or engage in money laundering
• Misrepresent the Platform, its services, or potential earnings to third parties
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other users.
• Inactivity: Accounts with no login for 180 days receive an inactivity warning. After 210 days of inactivity, accounts are automatically deactivated.
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@infinityblockchain.io.
• Upon termination for cause, pending commissions and wallet balances may be forfeited at the Company’s discretion.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, design, and user interface, is the property of InfinityBlockchain LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• The Company makes no guarantees regarding commission earnings, referral success, or investment returns.
• The Company is not liable for failures or disruptions of third-party services (Stripe, CoinPayments, etc.).
• Total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• The Company is not responsible for user-to-user disputes arising from referral relationships.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InfinityBlockchain LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and our Cookie Policy, which explains our use of cookies.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
