What is the IB Metaverse Mall?
The IB Metaverse Mall is a fully interactive virtual 3D business environment operated by InfinityBlockchain LLC. Users navigate with personalized avatars, interact with other visitors, rent advertising displays and digital shops, communicate via chat, and access all InfinityBlockchain services in one central hub — available 24/7 at mall.infinityblockchain.io.
Do I need to install software to access the Mall?
No. The Mall runs entirely in your browser — no downloads, no plugins. Just open mall.infinityblockchain.io and you are inside within seconds.
Can I visit without a registered account?
Yes. Guest access is completely free. Guests receive a standard avatar (male or female choice) and can explore the full Mall, view all shops and ads, and use public chat. No registration required to enter.
What do I need to confirm before entering as a guest?
A one-time entry popup asks you to: (1) confirm you are at least 18 years old, and (2) accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of InfinityBlockchain LLC. This takes one click and is required for each session.
What additional features do registered users get?
Registered InfinityBlockchain.io users gain full access to:
- Full avatar customization including clothing style, clothing color, and face photo upload
- Private chat rooms and group room management

🧑💻 Avatar & Customization
What is an avatar?
Your avatar is your digital representation inside the IB Metaverse Mall. It moves through the 3D environment, interacts with other visitors, and represents your identity within the Mall. Every visitor — guest or registered — has an avatar.
What avatar options do guest visitors have?
Guest visitors choose between a standard male or standard female avatar at entry. A display name is entered to identify you in the Mall. No account or registration is required. The avatar selection is reset each session.
What avatar customization is available for registered users?
Registered InfinityBlockchain.io users can fully customize their avatar:
- Gender & base model: Choose between male and female avatar base
- Clothing style: Select from available outfit options to match your personal or business identity
- Clothing colors: Customize the colors of each clothing item individually
- Face photo upload: Upload a personal photo which is placed on the avatar’s face, allowing others to visually recognize you in the Mall
How does the face photo upload work?
After logging in, go to your avatar settings in the dashboard or Mall entry screen. Upload a clear photo of your face. The photo is mapped onto your avatar’s face, making your avatar recognizable to other Mall visitors. The face photo can be changed or removed at any time from your dashboard.
⚠️ IMPORTANT — BIOMETRIC DATA: Your face photo constitutes biometric data under applicable data protection laws including GDPR Art. 9. By uploading a face photo, you give explicit consent to the processing of your biometric image data for avatar display purposes within the Mall. You may withdraw this consent and delete your photo at any time from your dashboard. Your face photo will not be used for any other purpose.
Can I change my avatar’s clothing and colors after setting it up?
Yes. Registered users can update their avatar’s clothing style and colors at any time from the avatar settings in their dashboard. Changes take effect immediately the next time you enter the Mall.
Can other Mall visitors see my face photo?
Yes. If you choose to upload a face photo, it will be visible to other users within the Mall as part of your avatar. This is an optional feature. You are not required to upload a photo and can use a standard avatar face at any time.
💬 Chat & Communication
What communication features are available in the Mall?
The IB Metaverse Mall offers multiple communication channels:
- Public Chat: Visible to all Mall visitors. Ideal for networking, announcements, and general conversation.
- Private Direct Messages: One-on-one private conversations between two registered users. Not visible to others.
- Group Rooms: Registered users can create private group rooms, invite specific participants, and hold discussions within a closed group.
- Voice Chat (Coming Soon): Spatial voice chat is currently in development using WebRTC technology. This feature will allow users to speak with each other in the Mall environment, both publicly and in private spaces.
Who can use the public chat?
All Mall visitors — both guests and registered users — can read and participate in the public chat. It is the main communication channel for general networking and interaction within the Mall.
How do I send a private message?
Private direct messages are available to registered InfinityBlockchain.io users. Click on another user’s avatar or name in the Mall to open a private chat window. Messages are visible only to you and the recipient.
How do I create a private group room?
Registered users can create private group rooms from the Mall communication panel. Give the room a name, invite specific users by their username, and start a group conversation. Group rooms are private and only accessible to invited members.
When will voice chat be available?
Spatial voice chat is planned as a future update and will be released free of charge to all Mall users. The WebRTC infrastructure is already prepared. An announcement will be made when the feature launches.
Are there rules for using the chat?
Yes. All chat communications must comply with the Mall’s conduct rules. The following is strictly prohibited in any chat channel:
- Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at other users
- Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or mass promotions
- Sharing illegal content, malware links, or phishing attempts
- Distributing content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
- Offers of unregistered securities or unlicensed financial products
- Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or directed at minors
Can I report abusive behavior or chat content?
Yes. A reporting mechanism is available within the Mall to flag inappropriate content or behavior. Reports are reviewed by the Company’s moderation team. The Company is not liable for user-generated chat content but will act on substantiated reports.
Are chat messages private and secure?
Private messages and group room conversations are intended for the specified recipients only and are not publicly visible. However, the Company may access chat content if required for moderation, legal compliance, or in response to a lawful authority request. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in chat communications.

What rental spaces are available?
- Ad Display — $149/month: One premium advertising display (wall, standing, or ceiling slot). Upload a custom image or banner and set any external target URL. Real-time click analytics included.
- Shop Space — $299/month: A dedicated 3D shop unit with unlimited product display, custom branding, shop name and logo, and a full analytics dashboard.
- Guest Access — Free: Full Mall exploration, public chat, view all shops and services.
Can I cancel my rental?
Yes. Rentals are monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel before the next billing cycle through your dashboard to prevent renewal. Current billing period fees are non-refundable.
What content is allowed?
⚠️ All advertising content must comply with applicable laws. Crypto-related advertising must not constitute an offer of unregistered securities. The Company reserves the right to remove non-compliant content without refund.
⚖️ Legal & Data Protection
What data is collected when I use the Mall?
The following data categories are collected:
- All visitors: Avatar name, gender selection, session data (entry time, duration, areas visited), public chat messages, IP address
- Registered users: Avatar customization settings (clothing, colors), private chat messages, group room participation, rental records, click analytics data
- Face photo upload (optional, registered users only): Biometric image data processed exclusively for avatar display within the Mall. Requires explicit separate consent. Can be deleted at any time.
Is my face photo shared with third parties?
No. Your face photo is stored securely and used exclusively for avatar display within the IB Metaverse Mall. It is not shared with third parties, used for advertising, or processed for any other purpose.
How do I delete my face photo?
Go to your avatar settings in the dashboard and click “Remove Face Photo”. Your photo will be deleted from our systems within 30 days. Your avatar will revert to a standard avatar face.
