Refund Policy

1. General Policy

InfinityBlockchain LLC (“Company”) provides digital products and services through the Platform at infinityblockchain.io. Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered and the process for requesting a refund.

2. Digital Products & Services

• Digital products are delivered electronically and instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
• Subscription services: No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
• Commission earnings paid out through the affiliate program are not refundable.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Charges — The same order was charged more than once due to a technical error.
• Service Not Delivered — Payment was confirmed but the product or service was never provided or made accessible.
• Technical Errors — A technical issue on our end prevented access to the purchased service and could not be resolved.
• Unauthorized Transactions — A payment was made without the account holder’s authorization (fraud).
• Material Misrepresentation — The product or service materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right may not apply to digital content where:

• Delivery of digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and
• The consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@infinityblockchain.io with the following information:

• Your account email address
• Order ID or transaction reference
• Date of purchase
• Detailed reason for the refund request

• Cryptocurrency payments via CoinPayments (USDC) are generally non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.
• If a crypto refund is approved in exceptional circumstances, it will be processed to the original wallet address used for the transaction.
• Refund amounts are based on the original transaction value at the time of purchase, not current market value.
• Network/gas fees required for crypto refund transactions may be deducted from the refund amount.
• The Company is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.

7. Commission Chargebacks

• If an order that generated affiliate commissions is refunded, the associated commissions will be reversed.
• Reversed commissions are deducted from the affiliate’s wallet balance across all affected referral levels.
• If the wallet balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, a negative balance will be carried forward and deducted from future earnings.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are expressly non-refundable:

• Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
• Services that have already been rendered or consumed
• Commission payouts that have already been processed
• Affiliate program fees (if applicable)
• Unused portions of subscription periods

9. Dispute Resolution

• Please contact us directly at contact@infinityblockchain.io before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably.
• Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions and balances.

10. Changes to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
