Delete My Account

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

The fastest way to request deletion. Open your email client and send:

Hello InfinityBlockchain Team,

I would like to request the deletion of my account and all
associated personal data, in accordance with GDPR Article 17.

My account email: [your registration email]
My username: [your username, if known]

Please confirm receipt and the expected deletion date.

Method 2: In-App Support Ticket

If you are logged in, you can submit your deletion request via the in-app support system:

1. 1 Log in to your account at infinityblockchain.io
2. 2 Open Support Tickets from your dashboard menu
3. 3 Select category Account and subject Account Deletion Request
4. 4 Submit the ticket — our support team will confirm and process your request within 48 hours

What Personal Data Is Deleted

Once your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently erased from our systems:

• Account credentials (email, username, password hash)
• Profile details (name, address, phone number, date of birth)
• KYC verification documents (ID photos, selfies)
• Chatbot conversation history
• Support ticket history (anonymized)
• Affiliate referral statistics and tree position
• Wallet addresses and payout preferences
• Two-factor authentication secrets and backup codes
• Login history and device identifiers
• Cookies and local browser storage tied to your account

What Data Is Retained (Legal Requirement)

Some financial records must be retained for tax and anti-money-laundering compliance. These records are anonymized (your name and contact details are removed) but kept for the legally required period:

• Invoices and payment records: 10 years (US Wyoming + EU tax law)
• AML/KYC compliance logs: 5 years (anti-money-laundering regulations)
• Affiliate commission ledger: 7 years (US tax filing requirement)

These retained records cannot be linked back to you as a person — only the financial transaction itself is preserved for audit purposes.
